Orders canceled or modified within 24 hours have no charge. Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours require a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and are considered a return and are subject to the manufacturer's specifications/rules, including restocking fee.
Each manufacturer carries their own cancellation and return policy. Nature's Hardware is not responsible for changes made by independent suppliers. Please see below for current specifics.
