Nature's Hardware Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours require a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and are considered a return. After 24 hours they become subject to the manufacturer's specifications/rules, including stated restocking fees.

Please call to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase prior to returning merchandise, returns WILL NOT be accepted with out one. Twenty-Five Percent (25%) restocking fee applies to all returns. Defective products will be replaced.

Please call Nature's Handles (Toll Free: (866) 354-5337) to receive a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number within 2 weeks of receipt of order prior to returning product. Twenty-Five percent (25%) restocking fees applies to all returns. Stock items can be exchanged for no charge (except shipping & handling) within 2 weeks of receipt of order. Custom products are not returnable. Defective products will be replaced. Nature's Handles comes with a 5-year guarantee on manufactures defects and workmanship.
